1. Booking and Reservation

1.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

1.2 Booking Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during booking. Any false information may result in cancellation without refund.

1.3 Age Requirements: The primary traveler must be at least 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash. International travelers may use PayPal or wire transfer.

2.2 Payment Schedule: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the tour start date.

2.3 Currency: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

2.4 Price Changes: Prices are subject to change due to government regulations, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations. We will notify you of any changes before confirmation.

3. Services Included and Excluded

3.1 Inclusions: Our packages typically include accommodation, transfers, ferry tickets, and activities as mentioned in the itinerary. Specific inclusions are listed in your booking confirmation.

3.2 Exclusions: Unless specified, packages do not include airfare, meals (except breakfast where mentioned), personal expenses, tips, or travel insurance.

3.3 Changes to Itinerary: We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements of similar value will be provided.

4. Travel Documents

4.1 Valid ID: All travelers must carry valid government-issued photo identification. Foreign nationals must have a valid passport and Indian visa.

4.2 Permits: We will assist in obtaining necessary permits for restricted areas. You must provide required documents at least 15 days before travel.

4.3 Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all travel documents are valid and up-to-date. We are not liable for issues arising from invalid documentation.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

5.2 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

5.3 Activity Participation: Participation in adventure activities is at your own risk. You may be required to sign additional waivers for certain activities.

5.4 COVID-19: Travelers must comply with all COVID-19 related guidelines and protocols as mandated by the government and health authorities.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Behavior: You must behave respectfully towards other travelers, staff, and local communities. We reserve the right to terminate services for inappropriate behavior without refund.

6.2 Environmental Responsibility: You must follow eco-friendly practices and respect marine life and coral reefs. Littering or damaging the environment is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Local Laws: You must comply with all local laws and regulations. We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from your actions.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Limited Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the services booked. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7.2 Third-Party Services: We act as intermediaries for hotels, transport operators, and activity providers. We are not liable for their acts or omissions.

7.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other events beyond our control.

7.4 Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings during the tour.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

9.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

9.3 Arbitration: We encourage resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
